+- Prefer adding missing imports over wildcard imports

+## Stop Conditions
+
+Stop and report if:
+- Same error persists after 3 fix attempts
+- Fix introduces more errors than it resolves
+- Error requires architectural changes beyond scope
+- Missing external dependencies that need user decision
+
