- Add ecc_dashboard.py - a Tkinter-based GUI for exploring ECC components
- Implement dark/light theme toggle in Settings tab
- Add font family and size customization
- Display project logo in header and taskbar
- Open in maximized window with native title bar
- Add 'dashboard' script to package.json for easy launch
