- Sync .cursor/observe.sh with corrected main version (use stdin pipe
  instead of broken heredoc json.loads pattern)
- Fix suggest-compact.sh to use CLAUDE_SESSION_ID instead of $$ which
  gives a new PID per invocation, preventing counter from incrementing
