Add Squish Memory to MCP server catalog

Squish Memory is a local-first persistent memory runtime for AI agents.
It serves as an MCP server for Claude Code, Cursor, OpenCode, Codex,
Cline, and other MCP-compatible agents.

- Zero-config: npx -y squish-memory
- 283KB, 1-20ms recall, no second LLM required
- Local-first SQLite with optional cloud sync via Stripe
- Auto-captures context across sessions
- GitHub: https://github.com/michielhdoteth/squish
- Docs: https://squishplugin.dev
